Following dental school, she completed specialized training in dental anxiety management in Madison, Wisconsin, where she developed a passion for helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered throughout their dental care experience.

Dr. Helen recently relocated to Rochester, New York, to be closer to family in Toronto. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients can feel at ease and confident in their treatment. By combining compassionate care with a personalized approach, she strives to build lasting relationships and help each patient achieve a healthy, confident smile.

Outside of the office, Dr. Helen enjoys spending time with her husband and son and is always eager to try new activities, from skiing to boxing. She loves embracing new adventures—but don’t ask her to cook for you, because that probably wouldn’t end well!
