What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know you and assess your oral health needs. During your appointment, we’ll review your dental and medical history, discuss your smile goals, and conduct a comprehensive examination. This may include digital X-rays, a professional cleaning, and recommendations for future care based on your individual needs.
Insurance & Payment Options
Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield
Allegro Smiles proudly participates with Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield. Your copayment will be collected at the time of your appointment to ensure a smooth and efficient visit.
Other Insurances
Although we do not participate in other insurance networks, we are committed to assisting you with your insurance claims. At the time of your procedure, payment in full will be required. Our office will handle all necessary claim submissions and paperwork on your behalf. Typically, within 2 to 3 weeks, your insurance provider will mail you a reimbursement check for covered services. This payment is yours to keep, as your balance with our office will have already been settled.
Please note: Allegro Smiles does not participate in any NYS Insurance Programs.
Care Credit and Payment Plans
We also offer flexible payment solutions to accommodate your needs. Both offices accept CareCredit, a healthcare financing option that lets you spread out payments over time, and we provide in-house payment plans for added convenience.
